As a new effort, started about 1 year ago, I am trying to consistently work out every week. This involves doing something. Just something. Whether it is the gym, Tae Kwon Do, walking or something at home, I am trying. I hope it is infectious. I believe it has started to infect my daughters, who both are now doing TKD. I joined a website called Fitocracy. This is a great site where you track your workouts, get points and level up as you continue. Additionally, the people you connect with offer you a lot of encouragement. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of “Really” focusing on their health to consider it. Look at it as Facebook for working out. You get encouragement. You track how well you are doing, and you may be surprised at your progress once you start logging it.
